No. We provide detailed, fixed-price proposals. The only time a price changes is if you request additional work or if we discover hidden damage (like rot behind siding) that couldn't be seen during the initial assessment. If that happens, we stop, show you, and discuss before proceeding.

Absolutely. Thorough cleanup is part of every project. We protect your property before work begins and clean up completely when we're done — including magnetic nail sweeps for roofing projects. We leave your home cleaner than we found it.

In WNC, weather is unpredictable. We monitor forecasts closely and don't start weather-sensitive work when conditions aren't right. If weather interrupts a project, we communicate immediately and adjust the schedule. We never leave your home exposed overnight.

We use premium products from trusted manufacturers including ProVia (doors), Andersen and Marvin (windows), James Hardie (fiber cement siding), and other top-tier brands. We select products based on performance in our mountain climate, not marketing commissions.

Our products come with manufacturer warranties (many are lifetime limited). Our installation work is also warranted. If something isn't right, we fix it. We don't disappear after the check clears.
